If you are looking for a place where you know that your family won’t get bored and remind you for a week how much they loathed that weekend outing, Mazina serves as a lifesaver. A place for all ages, there is exquisite dining for adults to enjoy while the children enjoy entertainment like Wii games, bouncy castle etc.

Located at the Dubai Marina, this establishment is difficult to spot the first time, as it is situated between other glamorous and brilliantly decorated outlets. However the real magic is inside.

The Food

Mazina is popular for its Saturday brunch which is aimed at families. If the food was not of a high standard, this place would solely be known for its entertainment options. There are live cooking stations and a tempting selection of international cuisines. You can have the chef prepare sushi, noodles, roasts, and soups in front of you.

If you do not like deep fried meals, there is an entire section for healthy food and freshly made chicken bites. The star dish at Mazina is the selection of roasts, with tender meat and tasty gravy.

Every month a single Saturday Brunch is hosted a little differently than the rest by Mazina. It is called Generation Creation, and is themed around activities that families can enjoy together. This is where parents and kids test their skills at everything from napkin folding to decorating a cake, and there are prizes for the winner as well.

The Atmosphere

Mazina is a relatively large place. It is divided into two sections with a bouncy castle and a kids play zone. The livelier section is the one near the buffet table where all the competitions are held. The place takes special considered when it comes to staffing, everyone is super friendly and there is always someone near the door to make sure that some of the younger patrons do not go AWOL, while the parents are enjoying Mazina’s mouth watering dishes.

For the most part the crowd is mainly just families. On really busy nights Mazina can get really noisy. Mazina is number one on the best family restaurants in the city of lights. If you have kids and you find yourself debating with your family on where to eat, this is the safest bet you can veto on. Everyone is bound to have great time.

If you plan on visiting this place, it would cost you around AED 440 along with house beverages and AED 315 if you are going to resort to soft drinks. If you have kids aged between 7 and 12 it costs you only half price, and is absolutely free for children under 6 years of age.
